Magnetic monopoles as gravitational masses in Gravitoelectromagnetism

Magnetic monopoles are hypothetical elementary particles that are isolated magnets with only one magnetic pole, which leave an asymmetry in Maxwell’s equations. But can this asymmetry or “gap” be fixed by considering an equivalence between masses and charges through a Stoney conversion factor? Are magnetic monopoles simply the masses we observe?

Does antimatter fall down? and negative mass

On 27 September 2023, physicists at the ALPHA experiment in CERN reported studies which supported the notion that antimatter particles behave in a similar way as normal matter in a gravitational field, by testing antihydrogen. After weakening the magnetic fields at the top and bottom of the container where antimatter is trapped, most of them were detected at the bottom, ruling out a possible repulsive gravitational interaction of the Earth and antimatter atoms. But why was antimatter suspected to have a repulsive gravitational interaction?
